Any organization in which optimum performance and decision-making is supported by consensus, rather than through a traditional hierarchal structure.

When existing methods of operating no longer produce peak performance, action is needed to improve results. Thinking and talking the problem through is important, but the emphasis must now focus on making adjustments in the planning and ultimate implementation.

While the approach is tailored to each specific client, the process is actually very straightforward. The first step is to jointly define the goals and methods to achieve the goals. Then, an innovation facilitator will help the client team define the actions needed to set the goals into motion and develop a timeline. If the thought process needs to be more original, the innovation facilitator will guide the participants through the steps needed toward a more novel approach.
